Malibu Spanish

Our clients fell in love with the sweeping ocean views from this Malibu Spanish style home. However, it was in need of a complete remodel. We reconfigured the floor plan, removing and adding walls throughout. In designing the state of the art kitchen, bar, and bathrooms we used hand-painted Spanish tiles and European fittings to give the modern architecture a touch of old world charm. Smoked wood floors, statement lighting, and custom furnishings also brought the home up to par with its spectacular setting.

With every design detail, including the outdoor kitchen and dining space, we maximized the views and flow so our clients could enjoy entertaining in their own private paradise.
