Interior designer Alexandra Rae is a visual artist who followed in the footsteps of her artist father and grandfather. After studying French and Art History at the University of California, Santa Barbara, she did postgraduate study at the San Francisco Art Institute of Fine Art and Atlanta Portfolio Center of Design. She worked in advertising as an art director for ten years before pursuing her true passion: interior design and architecture.
Armed with her extensive art and design background and further studies in interior design, she opened her eponymous firm in 2006 and has been designing beautiful homes throughout the country ever since.
Alexandra specializes in designing luxurious yet livable spaces, transforming homes into soulful sanctuaries and joyful gathering places for family and friends. Her signature style artfully blends clean, traditional lines with unexpected objects d’art and vintage luxury furnishings, creating interiors that are both timeless and effortlessly elegant.
