Interior designer Alexandra Rae is a visual artist who followed in the footsteps of her artists father and grandfather. After studying French and Art History at the University of California, Santa Barbara, she spent a decade in advertising. Postgraduate study at the San Francisco Art Institute and Atlanta Portfolio Center of Design led to a career as an art director before finally realizing her passion for interiors.

Armed with her extensive art history background, a keen eye for design, and further studies in interior design, she opened her eponymous firm in 2006. She has been designing beautiful homes around the country ever since.

Alexandra specializes in luxurious yet livable spaces, transforming homes into soulful sanctuaries and gathering places for family and friends. Her signature style artfully blends clean, traditional lines with unexpected objects d’art and antique luxury furnishings, creating interiors that are both timeless and effortlessly elegant.
